Refund policy

RETURNS

Nether Industries offers a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Nether Industries cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that your return may be subject to a restocking fee.

To start your return, please contact info@netherind.com. If your return is accepted, Nether Industries will send you RMA instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Nether Industries without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, Nether Industries will send you an email to notify you that the item as been received. You will be notified on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If purchased on your account, you will receive a credit memo for your return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Nether Industries immediately at info@netherind.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you the wrong item. Nether Industries will send you an RMA to exchange the item.

EXCHANGES

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Nether Industries does not guarantee that your returned item will be received.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check with your financial institution as it may take some time for the refund to post to your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact Nether Industries at info@netherind.com.
